I’m Michelle — a Certified Wellness and Nutrition Coach, and I help people take better care of themselves—especially when what they’ve been doing no longer works.
Because at a certain point, it’s not about doing more or trying harder. It’s about recognizing that your body changes, your life changes, and the way you approach your health needs to change with it.
That can look like adjusting how you eat, rethinking how you move, or simply understanding your energy in a different way. Not based on what used to work—or what you think you “should” be doing—but based on what actually fits your life now.
I’ve lived this myself. From years in high-performance environments to navigating my own turning points, I understand what it feels like when something needs to shift, but you’re not quite sure where to begin.
