Focused Wellness Sessions are designed to help you work through one specific area of wellness
with practical guidance, personalized support, and realistic next steps.

They are intentional, time-bound, and designed to help you feel better, build confidence,
and move forward in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

These sessions are different from my Coaching Journeys, which offer deeper, ongoing support over time.
Focused Wellness Sessions are for when you want help with one specific need,
one area of change, or one important next step.


NUTRITION FOUNDATIONS SESSION

This session helps quiet the noise around food by gently exploring your current patterns, energy, habits, and the messages you may have been carrying about what you ‘should’ be doing — without judgment or rigid rules.

WELLNESS KICKSTART SESSION

This longer session looks at the whole picture: your routines, energy, nourishment, stress, responsibilities, and the season of life you are in. Together, we’ll explore what is no longer working, what you need more of, and one or two supportive next steps that fit your life now.

  • You know something needs to change, but don’t know where to start

  • You want space to slow down, sort through what’s going on, and move forward without pressure

  • You want personalized support without committing to a full program


SEASONAL RESET SESSION
